Paper & Packaging
We source paper and card from various suppliers such as GF Smith and Seawhite. We can also print your custom packaging, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your packaging requirements.
How to Order your Custom Paper or Card Printing
Our minimum order per design is 20 pieces. This can be a mix of paper colours (but not textures as screen set up is dependant upon the substrate), so long as the artwork is the same.
Please supply your artwork at 100% scale as this will give the best print results. Please also supply Pantone references for colour matching.
You can send an email to email@example.com with your files, preferably supplied in one of the following formats: JPEG; TIFF; AI (Adobe Illustrator); PDF; EPS.
If your artwork needs a small amount of preparation for film we can do this free of charge. For more complicated work to get your design on screen we will contact you with an artworking quote.
We can also scan artwork from a paper original, prices available upon request.
We can also produce high quality Giclée prints using Hahnemühle papers and Epson K3 Ultrachrome inks. The minimum order is 25 pieces. Giclée printing offers a realistic printing effect and the price is not dependent on the amount of colours in the design. Please email us with your artwork stating that you would like a quote for Giclée printing. Epson UltraChrome K3 inks can produce archival prints with amazing color fidelity and scratch resistance, while providing consistent stable colors.
Upon receipt of your artwork we will create an estimate for your print job based on:
1. Making a positive film on acetate.
2. Making the screens (each colour requires a separate screen).
3. Print cost per item.
4. Paper or card price per unit. Greetings cards can be supplied ready creased and with envelopes and cellophane bags.
Charges for positive films and screen set up are one-off charges per design. When you come back for a repeat order of the same design only print cost and paper prices will apply.
ORDER APPROVAL & PAYMENT
Once you approve your estimate we will then create an order and invoice with order number which we will email to you. Once we have received payment you will receive a digital proof from us via email. When you have approved your artwork we will book in your print job and advise of delivery times.
PRINTING & DELIVERY
Our usual turnaround time is around 2 weeks. We will always endeavour to meet your deadline, please let us know if you need your printing for a specific deadline before ordering. Please note, we do get busy at peak periods such as pre-Christmas.
We dispatch your custom print order via tracked Royal Mail or UPS courier. Or you can arrange to collect from our studio (Monday-Friday only).
